Youth Nasiha: Day 1

As'salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu sisters!!!

Today was our first day of Youth Nasiha and mashaAllah it was great!! Here's what we did today, feedback and comments would be greatly appreciated, jazakamullahu khair.

First we had an icebreaker, where all the sisters had to say their name and one interesting thing about themselves.

Secondly we had a debate about the existence of a Creator, we had two groups of people, one trying to convince us there was a Creator and the other refuting the exitence of a God, we had three judges that needed to be convinced, and alhamdulillah they were convinced (obviously).

Third, we had a presentation about the existence of Angels, we briefly discussed different angels, their roles in humans, their duties.

Fourthly a discussion about the Last Day, Al-Akhira everyone took part by telling us what they knew about it.

And lastly in the afternoon we did arts and crafts, cushion making, bag making, glass decorating and marbling (some people did get a lil carried away....but alhamdulillah was great fun).
